Payment:

• All pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

• A 10% processing fee applies to cancellations of pre-orders for trading card game sealed products, sports cards, specialty board games, and other collectible items
• Orders suspected of being for resale may face quantity reductions.

Shipping:

• All items in a pre-order will ship together when the last item is available.

Release Dates:

• These can change due to various factors. A product is considered released once the "Pre-Order" label is removed.

Price Protection:

• If the price drops before release, a credit for the difference will be issued.
• If the price increases, the customer will not be charged extra, unless it’s due to a significant distribution error.

Final Sales:

• All TCG singles and Sealed Products are final sales and cannot be cancelled.
