SHIPPING COSTS (UNITED STATES DELIVERY ADDRESSES)
FREE Shipping with tracking on orders over $175.00. Excludes orders containing only TCG Singles.
A flate rate shipping fee of $10 will apply to all Orders under $175.
Orders containing TCG Singles/LEGO Minifigures ONLY: Will have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00. If the order meets or exceeds $50.00 before taxes, your order will be eligible for free shipping. Orders will be shipped with tracking.
ATTENTION: For all orders up to $800.00 USD, PvP Shoppe will cover any applicable Duties/Taxes/Custom Fees. Please contact customer.service@pvpshoppe.com for orders that exceed $800.00 USD.
PvP Shoppe will not be held responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services.

Orders containing TCG Singles/LEGO Minifigures ONLY: Canadian Orders under $15.00 before taxes have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 and are sent by Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. If the order meets or exceeds $15.00 before taxes, your order will be eligible for free shipping. Orders with value over $75.00 or more will be shipped with tracking.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders will be processed 0-2 business days. Orders placed by 11:00 am EST, we will do our best to ship within the same day.
Estimated shipping time for all orders is 2-6 business days. This does not include order processing time.
All orders (excluding Singles only purchases) will be shipped with tracking. Single ONLY orders whose value is $100.00 or more will be shipped with tracking.
Orders containing pre-order/restocking items will be held until all products in the order have been released.
Preorder Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE-ONLY ITEM?
Online-Only items are available online only and will take approximately 2-3 business days to fulfill. Online-Only products can also be picked up in-store, please allow 2-3 business days to receive an email confirming the order is ready for pick-up.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN/MISPLACED/MISSING ITEMS. WHAT NOW?
PvP Shoppe is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost orders that have been marked as delivered.
PvP Shoppe will review all claims of damaged/missing items that arises from our shipping carrier. Please send a descriptions and photos to customer.service@pvpshoppe.com. Imperfections, small dents, small tears, scratches, scuffs on factory sealed products are normal and compensation will not be provided.
PvP Shoppe will not be liable for any damages caused by 3rd party shipping carrier utilized by the customer.
TCG SINGLES ORDERS
All Singles sales are FINAL.
Any disputes regarding the condition of Singles purchased, please contact us at customer.service@pvpshoppe.com. Centering and Cut does not affect the condition of the card as those fall under the quality control of the manufacturer.
PvP Shoppe does sell error, misprint or manufacturer damaged Singles.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We DO NOT accept returns on any Trading Card Game item or any OPENED items.
NON-Trading Card Game items can be returned for a refund less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee.
We do not offer exchanges.
Customers who REFUSE delivery or provide an address where it is not possible to delivery a package, the order will be deemed cancelled and will receive a refund minus $15.00 Delivery Charge and any applicable Cancellation Fees. If you would like to cancel your order please contact customer.service@pvpshoppe.com or 647-339-1787 as quickly as possible to request for an order change/cancellation.
CAN YOU COMBINE OR SPLIT MY ORDER?
At this time we do not allow combining or splitting orders.

Please contact us at customer.service@pvpshoppe.com or 647-339-1787 as quickly as possible to request for an order change. We make our best effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to respond to and process order changes before it leaves our door!
IMPORTANT
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.
At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
